What is the turnaround time for custom apparel?
Most apparel orders are completed within 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be ready in as little as 24–48 hours depending on the quantity and complexity.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our in-house design team can help create or refine your artwork. Whether you need a logo designed, a layout adjusted, or a file prepared for print, we've got you covered. Design services are complimentary for most orders.
What are your minimum order quantities?
We have no minimum order requirements for most products. Whether you need one item or a thousand, we're happy to help. Some specialized processes may have minimums, which we'll communicate upfront.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG, and TIFF files. For best results, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts converted to outlines are preferred. If you're unsure about your file, send it over and we'll check it for you.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing on most products. The more you order, the more you save. Contact us for a custom quote on large-volume projects and we'll put together our best pricing.
Can you match specific colors (e.g., PMS or brand colors)?
Yes, we match PMS (Pantone) colors for screen printing and digital print projects. For embroidery, we carry a wide range of thread colors and can get as close as possible to your brand colors. We recommend ordering a proof for critical color matching.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in San Antonio, TX and serve clients throughout the United States. Local customers can pick up orders at our facility, and we ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
